About the Event
The Magisterial District Court plays a very important role within our community; especially within the criminal justice system. Amongst other things, this court is responsible for evaluating the sufficiency of the evidence presented to support the charges filed against an accused, whether there is probable cause to support the warrant requested, etc. These decisions have a lasting impact on the lives of those that appear before the judge, as well as the community. Come and join us in an important conversation over cocktails regarding the need for knowledge, experience, and clarity on this bench.
